Natalia Correa is the director of Ashtanga Yoga Squamish. She is an authorized Ashtanga yoga teacher from KPJAYI, Mysore, India and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a diploma in Herbal Medicine from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Canada. She is fascinated by the healing properties of the mind, yoga and foods.

Private sessions are ideal if you have a tight schedule. This classes will offer more guidance and independence towards developing your personal practice. Classes are usually of 60-75 minutes according to your personal needs.
Herbal blends and herbal nut milks can be provided. This are homemade products made with quality ingredients and much love.
Holistic Nutritional coaching is also available.
Ashtanga yoga is a highly therapeutic yoga practice when done regularly and welcomes complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
A private class will promote a deeper relationship between student and teacher. Classes will be done in Mysore Style, this is the traditional way of teaching where the student is taught posture by posture at a suitable pace, making it easy to memorize and allowing each individual to practice at their own rhythm.
Natalia honours the Ashtanga yoga lineage by a daily practice, by caring for her family and by sharing this traditional method. She is deeply grateful to this lineage and to her teachers.
