the traditional practice of
Ashtanga Yoga
The classes we offer are different than most yoga studios as we focus on the development of a personal practice, rather than group directed classes.
Ashtanga yoga can be practiced by anyone, as each student is considered individually and is taught at a suitable pace for that particular moment. This traditional way of teaching is known as Mysore style.

Connection
We understand the vital role of the teacher-student relationship in the learning and healing journey. The effort and energy input is reciprocated; teachers are there for the community by holding space with no judgement and by listening with all their senses. With time and dedication, trust is built, strengthening our relationship with our teacher and ourselves.
Gratitude
We are grateful for this practice and the knowledge that has been passed down to us. We practice with gratitude to the lineage and to the teachers and community who keep this practice thriving.

We offer a space for practice regardless of age and fitness level. Showing up on your yoga mats for yourselves fosters a community of practitioners who look out for one another.
