Ashtanga Yoga

The classes we offer are different than most yoga studios as we focus on the development of a personal practice, rather than group directed classes.

Ashtanga yoga can be practiced by anyone, as each student is considered individually and is taught at a suitable pace for that particular moment. This traditional way of teaching is known as Mysore style.

Teachers are there for the community by holding space with no judgement and by listening with all their senses. With time and dedication trust is built, thereby strengthening the relationship with ourselves.

We offer a space for practice regardless of any age and fitness level. By showing up on your yoga mats for yourselves, in return it fosters a community of practitioners who look out for one another.
