Community Circle + Q&A at 10:45 am
After Mysore class, we’ll gather in a community circle to explore the threads that connect us: teacher to student, breath to movement, body to nature. We’ll reflect on the lineage of Ashtanga yoga and the living tradition passed through parampara—direct, embodied transmission from teacher to student.
Together, we’ll reflect on the breath as a thread in the practice, and the voices that have carried these teachings forward. It’s a space to listen, ask questions, and remember that we are each part of something older, deeper, and still alive.
It’s a chance to connect more deeply with one another, to open the doors of our studio to friends and family, and to acknowledge the roots of the practice as we sit together—sharing in the spirit that continues to carry it forward.
