The Summer Ashtanga Practice Immersion is an opportunity to commit to traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice within a steady, quiet environment over the summer months.
This immersion emphasizes daily morning Mysore practice, consistency, and simplicity — allowing the system to work through repetition, rhythm, and sustained attention. Rather than accumulating techniques, students are invited into depth through attention, presence, and self-study.
Alongside morning practice, students gather weekly for satsanga and are offered optional quiet sitting in the afternoons to support reflection and integration.
