Teachers Meetings

Once a month, we cultivate space to connect with our teachers and helpers to delve deeper into the yoga practice. There isn’t a set structure — we allow ourselves two hours to explore whatever arises: from hands-on assists to breaking down postures, from learning how to better show up to finding ways to support our students.

Each time we come together, I’m in awe of how unique every meeting feels. New teachers join, each bringing different backgrounds and perspectives, and together we create something rich and meaningful.

Here are some thoughts shared during our October 2025 gathering:

Opportunities like these allow us to journey deeper into the layers of practice.

The more questions arise, the deeper we want to go — into the body, into the mind — and we find ourselves returning to the breath as the answer.

Today was a reminder that we are all interconnected.

Fractals of the universe. Your foot is a fractal of your body.

The ripple effect of thoughts and actions.

The deep tissue fascia — fluid and alive — connects every cell.

Breath is the bridge between the subtle and the tangible, the energetic and the physical.

By focusing on the breath — expanding the ribcage, slowing the rhythm — we calm the nervous system and extend life.

We practice for a lifetime.

There is no beginning and no end, only a continuum.
And yet, every time we step on the mat, we begin again — a clean slate.

Breathe in, breathe out.

There is no end. Only a thread that ebbs and flows — energy transformed.

Cycles, seasons, chapters.
New us, old us, us now.

Being in the moment.
One breath at a time.
