The Book Club is an opportunity to deepen our understanding of yoga through traditional texts and shared reflection.
You are welcome to drop in, though we highly recommend committing to the full series. In person and online.
Each 45-minute session will include reading through selected chapters, open discussion, and take-home reflection questions.

Members and punch-pass holders are welcome to use their passes. Drop-ins are also welcome, both in person and online.
You can order the books from our local bookshops or borrow them from the public library.
Members and pass-holders just need to reserve your spot using your personal account and code or sign-up online!
